LDB Construction was founded by Liam Birch in 2007. We are the leader in super-prime London construction, working locally and internationally to build the highest quality homes.

We are deeply committed to the business of building. Our direct team, led by Managing Director Heath Adamson, offers a highly customisable service, facilitating in-depth discussions with our global clients and their design teams to fully realise the goals of each project we undertake. We also offer a bespoke property care service for continued support.

The company is owner-run, developed ethically and responsibly from the ground up without external investment. With our direct team of highly skilled in-house tradesmen, the ability to increase or decrease labour as needed across projects gives LDB a significant edge over others who rely on casual labour, especially post-Brexit.
