Inside a historic building on a London street lined with stucco-fronted mansions, this pied-à-terre was reconfigured from a three-bedroom layout to two. The new floor plan allowed for a spacious primary suite and an intimate jewel-box guest room. LDB reinstated period-appropriate details, including mouldings, wainscoting, and reclaimed wood parquet flooring, to honour the building’s architectural heritage. The entry hall features an intricate marble marquetry floor, showcasing craftsmanship at its finest.
