Once the studio of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, this house was sensitively refurbished in his spirit, with the addition of a large, single-level basement. The award-winning family home was created by merging a modest cottage with two former artist’s studios. Today, it spans 4,000 square feet across three levels.

Set within the Cheyne Conservation Area and framed by protected trees, the basement’s construction was a technically complex and demanding undertaking. A flagship project for LDB Construction, it reflects our unwavering commitment to quality.
