Wentworth

Located on the prestigious Wentworth Estate, this project involved the full refurbishment of a substantial private residence. The new owners sought to tailor the property to suit their family’s lifestyle and design preferences, with a particular focus on showcasing an extensive art collection.

Significant spatial reconfiguration required complex structural alterations and the construction of a striking second-floor extension with a glass roof and façade to maximise views of the landscaped gardens. A full upgrade of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems was carried out, including a new air conditioning system and comprehensive home automation package.

The internal fit-out featured new floor finishes throughout, bespoke bathrooms, and extensive joinery—including a custom-designed kitchen and pantry. Externally, the works were equally ambitious, with the redirection of a stream via a newly constructed culvert, creating a tranquil green sanctuary within the grounds.
