For the complete refurbishment of this Kensington townhouse, LDB facilitated significant structural changes. We opened the ground floor to create an elegant garden room, reconfigured the basement, and extended ceiling heights to maximise natural light in the open-plan living space. The result is a functional and luxurious retreat in the heart of London.
