LDB Construction were appointed during the final stages of an extensive refurbishment in The Toast Rack area of Wandsworth, one of its most prestigious neighbourhoods. The homeowners engaged our team to complete the project to the exceptionally high standard and specification they required. Our involvement included detailed fault-finding and remedial work to the existing mechanical, electrical, and home automation systems, with selective replacements carried out where necessary. We also undertook remedial works across several bathrooms, introducing new surface finishes and bathroom fittings. Bespoke joinery was installed throughout, alongside repairs to large pivot doors and the full replacement of ironmongery.

Externally, LDB managed the transformation of the front and rear spaces, delivering a striking rear garden, basement courtyard, and family entertainment area featuring double-height internal green walls. All works were completed while the family remained in residence, requiring careful coordination and a sensitive approach to minimise disruption and ensure seamless integration with day-to-day living.
